In this document, "366 bet", "platform", "we" or "site" refers to 366 bet's online gaming service, operated through its website and mobile application. "User", "member" or "you" refers to anyone who has registered on or is using this platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. If it is proven that the same person is operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balances of both accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On a first deposit, 366 bet gives a 120% bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Other Promotional Offers

The wagering requirements for active promotional offers are listed below:

• Weekly 366 bet Deposit Festival: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering 20 times the bonus; minimum deposit ৳100.
• 366 bet Slot Adventure: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 25 times the bonus; minimum deposit ৳100.
• Cricket Season Special Reward: 40% of deposit, up to ৳12,000; wagering 18 times the bonus; minimum deposit ৳100.
• Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳2,000; wagering 10 times; once per year after account verification.
• Refer a Friend and Get Rewarded: up to ৳3,000; wagering 12 times; upon a new member joining via referral and confirming a deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• After claiming a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made from the account.
• A bonus is not direct cash; each offer has its own terms.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• If the conditions for receiving a bonus are not met, 366 bet reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

The 366 bet VIP programme has four tiers. Members move up to higher tiers through regular betting activity and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold member who has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is placed, it is considered final. If a bet was placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds, 366 bet reserves the right to cancel or review that bet.

6.2 Event Cancellation

If a cricket, football or other sporting event is cancelled, the funds for all bets placed on that event are generally refunded. However, special conditions may apply for certain markets.

6.3 Multi Bet

In a multi bet, all selections must win — losing any one of them cancels the entire bet. Example: a ৳100 bet with three selections at odds of 1.40, 1.50 and 1.90 gives combined odds of approximately 3.99, meaning a win returns ৳399.

6.4 Live Betting

Betting odds during a live match may change at any moment. If the system shows an odds change before the bet is confirmed, you will be given the option to accept or reject the revised odds.

366 bet believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment, not a way to earn income. We encourage members to set their own limits.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• If needed, you can request that your account be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Making transactions using another person's account or banking method.
• Using software or automated systems to exploit odds.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Acting fraudulently against other members.

9.1 By Us

In cases of rule violations, fraud or security concerns, 366 bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account. The user will be notified by email or live chat in such cases.

9.2 Self-Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, notify our support team via live chat or email. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure.

366 bet is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection, server problems or disruption to third-party services. In such cases, a decision will be made after reviewing the technical logs.

If a software or database error causes an incorrect win to be displayed, 366 bet reserves the right to reclaim or correct that amount. Actual winnings are always based on the correct outcome of the game.
